Intro
Racoofees Coffee Company is a mobile coffee truck bringing crafted coffee to locations around Wichita. Scavenge is an app Racoofees Coffee Co is launching to help users to track the location of Racoofees daily and to place mobile orders for pick up.
Role
Product design, branding, and web design.
Initial sketches using the classic paper, pencil, and trusted marker bag to bring to life the Racoofees raccoon with the crazy caffeine eye to kick start the project.

Goals
The Racoofee Coffee Co team is passionate about getting well crafted coffee out to the areas of Wichita that are “Coffee Shop Deserts.” They discovered that many coffee lovers were settling for gas station coffee. The thought of sub-par coffee is dissatisfactory in the eyes of Raccoofee. They noticed that a coffee truck could set a schedule and spread the enchantment of well crafted coffee to the coffee aficionados.
To address the matter, Raccoofees is creating a platform to help coffee lovers quickly find where Racoofees is located in town each day and to place a mobile order for pick up. They wanted to create a group of users that could make well crafted coffee part of their morning commute routine over the week.
To provide a positively user-friendly app, we invested time researching and discovering different locations around town for possible weekly stops made by Racoofees. We also experienced and tested other mobile ordering apps.
To provide a platform for coffee lovers to plan bi-weekly visits at Raccoofees on their way to work through proactive communication and mapping.
To provide a high-quality mobile app experience with accurate order filling communication.
To create a coffee loving community to those who are lacking the cup filling experience.
To offer a wide range of menu options of coffee beverages and snacks.
Make the app user-friendly and intuitive for visitors.
Make the app easily manageable by Racoofees employees to update and communicate wait times, location, or menu restrictions due to product availability.
To continue updating and improving app based on feedback from employees and guests of Racooffees.
Future plans of building partnerships with off site events and organizations for catering needs to generate additional revenue streams.
To use data and analytics to understand user needs, preferences, and best practices for menu items, locations, and labor scheduling.
